Who runs Big Tony

Big Tony (bigtony.io) is run by made by courage, s.r.o.. Contact: uncle@bigtony.io.

What Big Tony does

Big Tony is an automated, AI-made audit of an online store. It reads the public pages of your store, adds a product to the cart and walks to checkout, but never places an order. The free audit shows your score and your first recommendation.

Your part

Only ask for audits of stores you own, run or are allowed to check. Don't use Big Tony to overload, attack or copy other sites or our service. We may refuse or remove audits that break these rules.

The audit is advice, not a promise

Tony is a robot and can be wrong. Every check shows the proof, so you can judge for yourself. We don't promise more sales and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on an audit. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Public audit pages

Each audit has a public page at a long random link. Anyone with the link can see it. Ask us at uncle@bigtony.io and we will take an audit down.

Paying for the full plan

You can unlock the full plan with a one-time payment. The price is shown before you pay. Payment goes through Stripe, there is no subscription. The plan unlocks right after payment.

100% money-back guarantee: if you are not happy, write to uncle@bigtony.io and we will refund the full amount.

Emails

We email you the audit link. We also send updated audits of your store and an occasional note. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Ownership

Use your audit however you like for your store. Big Tony, its software, design and texts belong to us.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Slovak law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that your local law gives you.
